Any company is only as strong as its employees. Being an equal opportunity employer has allowed this company to build a diverse membership. Demographics can play an important role in determining the employee that is best suited for the operation. Having the ability to blend in allows our professionals the best chance to observe and document subject activity without compromising the surveillance.
Each employee is required to attend, and test out of, a structured training program called Shadow Academy. Individuals that successfully pass through this program are then placed into the field to continue practical training, before becoming full-time private investigators. A rigidly enforced grading system ensures a fair and consistent evaluation of each investigator and permits additional training if necessary in order to meet customer requirements. Being prepared for the job allows the field operative to focus on obtaining the actionable results you need for your case.
